We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Our practice focuses exclusively on real estate and corporate law. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced law clerk who enjoys working in a professional, close-knit environment and who is comfortable taking ownership of their files and working independently.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. Knowledge and experience in corporate law is considered an asset.
Education
Graduate of Law Clerk program.
Competencies & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in real estate law;
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Acute attention to detail;
- Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook;
- A commitment to excellence and maintaining high professional standards;
- The ability to effectively manage competing priorities, deadlines and workflow;
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small office environment; and
- A strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
