Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
- Manage food preparation tasks such as assembling food items and maintaining cleanliness of workstations.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained by adhering to proper handling and sanitation procedures.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Handle cashier duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change using basic math skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment and dining areas as needed.
Experience
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience in the food industry or food service environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.

Pay: $16.60-$26.58 per hour
