Lead all plant-level financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Partner with Plant Manager and operations team to support data-driven decision-making
Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis for production processes
Prepare and present weekly/monthly financial results, KPIs, and performance metrics
Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, and labor efficiency; identify cost-saving opportunities
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and regulations
Lead capital expenditure analysis and support investment decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, quality) to improve profitability
Support audits and maintain accurate financial documentation
Develop and mentor the plant finance team
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA designation preferred or in progress
5 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive/Tier 1 preferred)
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, BOM structures, and standard costing
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills
