Join our field crew as an Waste Equipment Cleaning Specialist. This is a physical, hands-on role where you will support your Team Lead in cleaning and maintaining waste handling equipment. Yes, it’s a dirty job—but it’s essential work. We provide all the professional PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and training you need to stay safe and clean while getting the job done.
What You’ll Do
- Equipment Cleaning: Clean and sanitize garbage chutes, compactors, and bins in condominiums and commercial spaces.
- Tool Operation: Use high-powered pressure washers, industrial scrapers, shovels, squeegees, and brooms.
- Safety & Support: Follow instructions from your Team Lead and assist with setting up hoses, tools, and safety barriers.
- Quality Work: Inspect your work area to ensure no debris is left behind and the site is spotless for the client.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability: You show up on time, every day, ready to work with the team.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and working in all weather conditions (rain or shine).
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in making sure things are actually clean, not just "sprayed down."
- Experience: Previous pressure washing or general labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
