As a Sales Specialist, you help create the energy and excitement around the Ford products, providing the correct solutions, and demonstrating products to prospective clients. You understand that customer service is the most important aspect and you will strive to deliver a perfect customer experience every opportunity you have. Your Job starts by prospecting potential clients, growing your client base through social media and other sources, and expanding your portfolio through referrals.
Description:
As a Sales Specialist you will need the ability to uncover information about the customer, their needs, and their wants. Not only are you the first person customer will meet when they enter the store, but you’re also the person who guides them through the process. When you are not with customers you will be performing other lot duties, prospecting, and finding new ways to grow your business.
You will be trained from start to finish in the automotive process, phone process, and the prospecting process. We will give you the education necessary to succeed as well as the motivation to start your own career as a Sales Specialist.

Qualifications:
- You will require the ability to deliver impeccable customer service in a fast pace environment.
- You will need a strong interest in technology, people, and you will need to possess the ability to learn new products and features.
- Strong communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual clients.
- Successful candidates will require a valid and clean driver’s license
- Strong presence in the community and own network
- University or College Degree/Diploma is an asset.
- OMVIC License
