The Lantzville Pub established in 1925, celebrating 100 years of serving our community. We are looking for an experienced Line Cook passionate about food to join our kitchen team.
With sweeping water views of the Georgia Straight and coastal mountains (yes from the kitchen as well). the Lantzville Pub blends classic pub character with a fresh, current approach to food and drinks.
We are proud of our history, but our menu, atmosphere, and team continue to evolve.
We are looking for someone who:
Works well in a fast paced kitchen;
Takes pride in consistency and presentation of the menu food;
Is reliable, organized and team-oriented;
Can handle setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies;
Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces);
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Recording food temperatures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour
