We are actively seeking experienced Retail Glass Management professionals to join our team at multiple locations across British Columbia and Alberta.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience within the glazing and glass industry
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop employees
- A commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
- Sales training, business management education, or management experience considered a strong asset
This position requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable working alongside employees while overseeing operations and serving customers.
Relocation Requirement
Applicants must be willing to relocate to one of our operating locations within British Columbia or Alberta. Relocation assistance will be provided for the successful candidate.
