Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation:
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Slice meats and vegetables as needed, ensuring freshness and consistency.
- Complete daily prep work, including meat and veggie preparation.
- Customer Service:
- Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to all customers.
- Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for order entry and payment processing.
- Sanitation & Cleanliness:
- Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas, dining room, washrooms, and equipment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and labeling.
- Handle dishwashing and regular cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, etc.).
- Teamwork & Time Management:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Stay organized and manage tasks efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Assist with inventory checks and notify management of low stock.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems are an asset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo training (3-hour shifts).
- Long-term commitment is required.

Pay: From $17.60 - $18.10 per hour depend upon fast learning skills and running the store without any help.
