motus HEALTH is seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our dynamic team at Ritter Sarnia or Corunna, Ontario Clinic. As an integral part of our wellness center, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments aimed at promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. Duties
- Conduct professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs
- Assess client conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with health regulations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Uphold hygiene standards and ensure a clean, safe treatment environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize client outcomes
- Promote the benefits of massage therapy and related services to clients and prospective clients
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and health conditions
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and professional client experience
- Effective communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and addressing client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
- Compassionate attitude with a focus on client well-being and satisfaction
- Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Ontario is required
