We're looking for a friendly, energetic FULL TIME Retail Associate to join our Calgary store - someone who thrives on the sales floor, loves talking to customers, and is passionate about health, fitness, and healthy meals. This is a retail and customer service role, so a background in retail, sales, or serving is exactly what we're after, and a genuine interest in nutrition and supplements is a big plus.
Position Overview
As a Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our brand in-store. You'll help customers find the meals, products, and supplements they love, keep the store looking fresh, and make sure everything runs smoothly - from greeting guests to processing transactions.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Operate the POS system to process sales and handle payments accurately
- Keep shelves, coolers, and displays fully stocked and organized
- Place product and inventory orders as needed
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation to brand standards
- Answer customer questions about our meals, supplements, and products
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you love talking to people
- Positive, upbeat, and dependable attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using a POS system (training provided)
- Customer service experience - 1 year minimum
- Retail and/or serving experience is an asset
- Fitness and/or nutrition background is an asset
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet throughout shifts

Schedule
One full-time position available. Weekend availability (day and evening) is critical. These are the typical scheduled days & times, but are subject to change:
- Thursday - Saturday: evening/closing
- Sunday - Monday: day
Store hours are 8am - 9pm.
