You will play a key role at the heart of operations by supporting distribution teams from both a technical and operational standpoint. You will be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting on the floor, and implementing new ways of working. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will directly contribute to operational performance, quality, and efficiency. This is a dynamic role that is both hands-on and strategic, where your impact will be visible every day.

What is the ideal profile for this position?
- Experience in distribution within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent comfort with computer systems, including an ERP (e.g., Navision) as well as the MS Office suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a hands-on environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Autonomous, structured, and results-oriented
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Strong interest in continuous improvement and process optimization
- Knowledge of shipping processes, including cross-border shipping (an asset)
- Comfortable in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in French is essential*
As a Distribution Coordinator, what will your responsibilities be?
- Diagnose and effectively resolve technical issues related to equipment, processes and work methods in shipping, receiving and warehouse operations
- Provide technical support to distribution teams and prioritize intervention requests based on the supervisor's guidelines
- Participate in special projects involving distribution and various departments
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at quality, productivity and equipment performance
- Collaborate in the modification, implementation or creation of equipment
- Participate in technical trials and in the evaluation of new products, processes or equipment
- Document, update and standardize processes and work instructions
- Analyze performance data and ensure the updating of information in systems (e.g., Navision)
- Provide training support prior to the production launch of new products, equipment or work methods
- Participate in the ongoing training of teams during technological or procedural changes
