We are hiring for BC Registered Early Childhood Educators or Assistants to join our team. These are permanent substitute positions that offer flexibility and can be casual, part-time or full-time position. This may transition to a full-time position in one of our programs as openings become available, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability and growth within our organization. Responsibilities:
- Support classroom activities across multiple programs as needed
- Assist with daily routines, supervision, and play-based programming
- Maintain positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Adapt confidently to different classrooms and age groups
- Follow licensing requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Valid BC License to Practice
- Valid first aid/CPR certificate
- Clear criminal record check
- References
