Position: Modular Home Sales Consultant

We are hiring the role of an enthusiastic Modular Home Sales Consultant who is willing and able to take our sales to the next level! The ideal candidate is a proven and successful salesperson, who is relationship-driven, organized, and comfortable managing the sales process from first contact through to closing.

As an independent retailer for Supreme Homes, we manage the entire process from planning and permitting to delivery and set-up. We are committed to building high-quality, comfortable homes, delivered on time and on budget for clients across Western Nova Scotia.

Role And Responsibilities: This role will involve but not limited to the following
- Guide clients through the home building process from start to finish
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and industry partners
- Maintain excellent follow up with ALL prospects using CRM tracking
- Understand and execute site visits with clients
- Understand building permits, municipal permits etc
- Be able to maintain social media branding
- Other duties assigned by the business
Requirements:
- Sales and/or construction or other relevant experience preferred
- Candidate must be reliable and punctual
- Candidate must have a good work ethic
- Must be tech savvy
- Willing to learn
- Must be a proactive problem solver
- Candidate must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Start date: As soon as possible.
Hours: Full time
