About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to focus on new client acquisition. This role is ideal for a hunter-style salesperson who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strong relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through consultative, solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and site visits
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings with decision-makers
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of new business generation
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door, and outbound prospecting
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar) is an asset
