The Role:
We are looking for a restaurant leader to join our energetic and dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have a sincere passion for hospitality, true guest connection, leadership experience and strong knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails. We are looking for an ambitious manager that leads the team with grace, kindness and skill. They will oversee the service of the floor to ensure the restaurant enhances and maximizes each guest experience from beginning to end.
What You’ll do:

Deliver excellent and engaging guest service, creating a memorable dining experience for each and every guest

Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and successful shift for the restaurant

Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way

Order and settle bills to various payment media, including managerial functions such as voids, QSA etc.

Follow restaurant policies, procedures and service standards, lead the team to be accountable to follow our operational policies

Have full knowledge of all menus and promotions

Follow and lead the team with all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
-
Handle all guest interactions with the utmost respect and professionalism
-
Oversee and develop multiple hourly personnel of varying positions
-
Help with onboarding and training of new team members
-
Controlling inventory and overseeing ordering procedures
-
Ensuring cost control procedures are adhered to
-
Closing/Opening procedures
-
Creating marketing and sales initiatives
-
Other duties as assigned
Our Ideal Candidate:

3+ years of management and/or leadership experience in a similar role and/or establishment and is looking to grow their career

Demonstrates honesty, openness and kindness

Friendly and outgoing, positive attitude and energy at all times

Self-motivated learner, goal orientated

Strong organization skill, able to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Set an example for a respectful, collaborative team while demonstrating appropriate working behaviors

Problem solving abilities and efficient conflict resolution

Strong wine knowledge and fine-dining experience
-
WSET Level 2+ and/or equivalent is an asset
-
Required: Serving it Right Certification
