Company Description
Turtle Bay IDA Pharmacy is located in Lake Country, British Columbia, situated in the beautiful Okanagan. We are independently owned and operated and have been proudly serving our area residents for almost a decade. Our goal is to provide our patients with all their pharmacy needs including Custom Compounding, Compliance Pill Packaging, Minor Ailment Prescribing, Vaccinations, and more.
Our company culture is one that promotes a positive work environment and work-life balance. No late evenings and we are closed most statutory holidays. Enjoy your evenings and weekends at the lake, touring wineries, camping at one of our many provincial parks, or spend time during the winter months up at Big White or Silver Star Ski Resorts.
We have daily pharmacist overlap from Monday to Friday and are wanting to add a Pharmacy Technician to the team.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including life insurance and disability insurance and an excellent employee discount program. Our group of 20 stores are independently owned and operated. This means you have the ability to work with the owner and management team to quickly make decisions and resolve any issues or concerns. We have the same owner as the Dyck's Pharmacists in Kelowna and Winfield IDA, and are able to utilize their staff to cover holidays or sick days.
Our location is a great option for candidates living in Lake Country, Vernon or Kelowna.

- Collaborating with other Health Care Professionals including Pharmacists, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Dentists, Care Aides, and Support Workers.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
