What will you do?

Cultivate and nurture relationships to drive sales and retention – with the ability to pull in quick wins to meet established goals and targets

Able to build a personalized plan to meet the specific needs of each client

Brainstorm and execute new strategies to attract our target markets

Attend networking events and conduct in person meetings to generate and close leads

Continually develop and maintain a comprehensive prospecting and sales plan that will help drive sales

We provide a guaranteed draw and commissions:

Proven sales experience (non-industry) or newly licensed professional (RIBO licensed, 1-2 years) : $70K - $90K

Emerging professional with some demonstrated industry experience with good foundational knowledge (RIBO licensed, 3-5 years): $90K - $120K

Seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge (RIBO licensed, 5+ years) $120 to unlimited earning potential
Note: Compensation will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
