Design, analyze, and review structural systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Prepare engineering drawings, reports, and calculations in compliance with codes and standards.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
Manage project risks, resolve technical challenges, and ensure safety and quality control.
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and verify compliance with design specifications.
Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or equivalent license required (or eligibility in progress).
3 7 years of structural engineering experience with exposure to project management.
Strong knowledge of structural design codes, standards, and software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD, SAP2000, etc.).
Proven experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
PMP certification or project management training is an asset.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
