We are seeking a friendly, dependable and service-focused Front Desk Agent to join our TownePlace Suites team. As the first point of contact to our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, comfortable experience. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest requests. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests
- Complete check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Manage reservations, room assignments and guest accounts
- Respond promptly to guest requests and questions
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
Requirements

- Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
- Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
- Previous hotel or customer service experience
- Experience with FOSSE or hotel PMS systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Cash handling or payment processing experience
- Open availabilty
- Full-time or Part-time
- Overnight shift (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Weekends and holidays as required
Pay: $17.50-$18.20 per hour
