Job Description
We are looking for an Assembly Line Worker to join our team. The assembly line workers responsibilities will include assembling components, product quality, and efficiency. We are currently looking for our day shift which is the following hours:
Morning: 6:00am - 2:30pm | Monday - Friday
Duties
- Assemble components according to clearly-defined procedures
- Identify and flag quality issues
- Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, taping, and labelling
- Operate small hand tools and production line equipment
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet daily quotas and goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift, push and/or pull weight up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Ability to tolerate standing for long periods of time
- Ability to accurately work at production line speed
