Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits to encourage sales
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift
- Utilize organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to support store operations
- Use phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online channels
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields such as merchandising or technical sales is preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for handling transactions accurately
- Customer service expertise with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining displays and stock levels
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Effective phone etiquette for assisting customers remotely or over the phone
- Upselling skills to increase sales volume while ensuring customer satisfaction
