In addition to their own developments, they complete a significant amount of construction management work for leading third-party developers and have built long-standing relationships with some of the most respected names in the industry.
As they continue to expand their operations in Victoria, they're looking to add an experienced Site Superintendent to support a significant pipeline of upcoming work.

The Role
Reporting to the Operations team, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day site operations from project start-up through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all on-site construction activities from mobilization through occupancy.
- Coordinating and leading site staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Driving project schedules and maintaining productivity.
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Working closely with Project Managers, consultants and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Managing inspections, deficiencies and project close-out.
- Identifying and resolving construction challenges before they impact the project.
- Creating a positive, well-organized and collaborative site environment.
About You
We're interested in speaking with experienced Site Superintendents who bring:
- Proven experience delivering multifamily, mixed-use or large residential construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining schedule, quality and safety.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- Pride in delivering projects to a high standard.

Pay: $140,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
