Mandatory Requirements
To preserve our high service standards and strict customer timelines, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Reliable Transport (Non-Negotiable): You must have your own reliable vehicle OR be fully prepared to utilize rideshare services (like Uber) to travel between your daily team job sites on schedule. Because our routes move throughout the day, public transit will not work for this position.
- Strong Work Ethic: We only hire people who genuinely want to work, show up on time with a positive attitude, and care about doing a great job.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal record check for client home safety.
- Eye for Detail: A natural ability to spot the little things and maintain a premium standard of cleanliness.
Schedule & Location
- Work Location: On the road across the Tri-Cities, Maple Ridge, and Surrey/Langley.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime hours. No late nights.
