Across six locations and six brands, we sell outdoor gear, lifestyle fashion, custom products, and experiences. We create content that connects, drives foot traffic, and builds a community that keeps coming back.
The Role
We're hiring two Content & Brand Leads — one in Halifax, one in Truro. You'll be on the ground and online: shooting, editing, and posting content across our social platforms as part of a clear, directed strategy.
You're a strong content creator who loves being in-store, capturing real moments, and producing polished social content consistently. You take direction well, execute fast, and care about doing great work.
This starts as a term role. Convert to full time by hitting your targets - not by waiting out a clock. If you’re good, you’ll know it fast. So will we.
What You'll Do

- Create and post content daily across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Shoot and edit short-form video — Reels, TikToks, Stories
- Capture in-store moments, product drops, and brand events at your location
- Assist with boosted posts and basic paid social under direction
- Follow content briefs and brand direction provided by the founder
- Stay engaged with trends and flag relevant opportunities
- Report on basic content performance metrics
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years experience in content creation, social media, or a related creative role
- Strong camera and editing skills — you're comfortable with Reels and TikTok format
- Reliable, consistent, and proud of your output
- You take feedback well and can follow a creative brief
- Some exposure to paid social or Meta Ads is a bonus — not required
- Retail, lifestyle, fashion, or outdoor experience is an asset
- You love brands and know how to make product look good
Compensation & Path to Full Time
This role starts as a term position. Strong performers convert to full time — based on results, not just time served.
