At Twins Café, we’re passionate about creating a welcoming space where quality, creativity, and community come together. We’re looking for a dedicated Full-Time Baker who loves baking from scratch and takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality cookies for our customers every morning.

What You’ll Do:
Arrive early each morning to prepare for the day.
Mix, portion, bake, and finish fresh cookies daily.
Ensure every batch meets Twins Café’s quality and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate when supplies are running low.
Assist with recipe consistency and product quality.
Prepare the kitchen for the following day’s production when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous baking or kitchen experience is an asset but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
Passion for baking and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
Ability to work independently and stay organized.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
