Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and professional Dealership Support & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent telephone manners, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced dealership support environment.
The successful candidate will assist dealerships with administrative support, answer incoming calls and emails, maintain dealership files, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication between clients and our office.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming dealership support calls professionally
- Respond to emails and provide dealership assistance
- Handle administrative changes and dealership requests
- Maintain and organize dealership files and records
- Track dealership information and updates accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Follow up on dealership inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Professional email etiquette
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Dealership or automotive industry experience is a plus
Pay: $17.20-$24.00 per hour
