Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the dental team by providing exceptional patient care, assisting with procedures, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Experience with dental software such as Maxident will be highly valued. Duties
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments in accordance with safety protocols
- Assist the dentist during various procedures, including root canal, crowns, bridges, impacted wisdom teeth removal, implants.
- Take and develop dental radiographs
- Manage patient records using dental software such as Maxident
- Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure infection control standards are met
- Support the team with inventory management of dental supplies and materials
Requirements
- Proven experience in dental assisting, with knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- A professional attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care excellence
- The ability to stay until the end of the day (6 pm), possibility of working on Sundays starting in June 2026.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
