We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to fill a full-time role of Administrative Assistant. Hours of work will be Monday – Friday from 8AM – 5PM. This will be considered a temporary position for 3-6 months as we migrate data to a new ERP system.
- Data entry.
- Manage inbound phone calls accordingly.
- Check and respond to emails accordingly.
- Request, follow-up and assist with customer purchase orders.
- Organized internal filing system.
- Provide coverage in other roles as needed for support and cross training.
- Participate in Inventory counts as required.
- Track time sheets and hours of field service technicians.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to keep yourself motivated, work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills.
