Flaman Fitness is currently looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and ambitious Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Langley, BC team.

Primary Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Maintain excellent customer service and professional attitude
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on all work sites and have a working knowledge of any local construction site safety protocols
- Complete required paperwork with accuracy according to company policies, procedures and protocols
- Receive products in a timely manner
- Shipping customer orders and store transfers
- Ensure all products being moved/transferred matches with the paperwork (sales orders, invoices, packing slips, BOL’s)
- Organizing a busy warehouse
- Ensuring that product is not damaged and safely stored
- Ability to move equipment/products safely and securely (heavy lifting) around warehouse, load into customer vehicles/transport trucks without incident
- Performing accurate inventory counts regularly & maintaining proper records
- Operating a forklift, including conducting forklift equipment inspections
- Drive company vehicles, including delivery van
- Responsible for opening & closing procedures for warehouse
- Assist other team members/departments when needed, including delivery team with off-site deliveries
Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiar with shipping, receiving and inventory processes
- Proficient computer skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Must be accountable, reliable and have good problem-solving skills
- Organized with ability to work in fast paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking and balance priorities
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Forklift Certification
- Ability to safely lift heavy products up to 55 lbs. on your own
- Ability to safely lift heavy products, as a part of a team over 100 lbs.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written (fluent in English)
- Team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Have great work ethic and eager to learn new things
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract and satisfactory criminal record check
