Leasing Consultant
Our Leasing Consultants work together with our management team members and are responsible for Leasing our available suites to prospects looking for a place to call home.
Duties included in this role include the following:
Leasing:
· Respond to all leasing inquiries through email, telephone calls and walk in traffic
· Conduct community tours
· Manage and execute all related paperwork, reference calls, and follow up as required
· Coordinate with our site teams to ensure a seamless move in experience for our residents
· Coordinate with our management and site team members to complete turnover and move in suite inspections
· Prepare leasing reporting as required
· To be cognizant of all governing legislation including, without limitation, Residential Tenancies Act, Labour Relations Act, Fire Code and Occupational Health & Safety Act
Qualifications:
· Professional and customer service-oriented approach to daily duties
· Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
· Strong sales and closing related skills
· Computer experience with Microsoft Office
· Adaptable, organized and flexible - the ability to handle different problems as they occur
· Ability to work evening and Saturdays as required
