· Maintain updated knowledge of assets specific to the company’s needs.
· Greet visitors and residents
· Accept packages and deliveries
· Cover office phone
· Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
· Maintain positive ongoing relationships.
· Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
· Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet residents needs.
· Represent the company with integrity and dedication.
· Ensure to complete daily and weekly tasks in a timely manner.
· Record and report all incidents and issues regarding the building and surrounding areas.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
