Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles and concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
-The position of Journeyman are given a company van for to and from work ( with a clean driving record )
Stronghold pays 90% of the benefit premiums once you become eligible.
Pay scale for Journeyman rate (40.00) Holiday pay is 10% paid on all regular hours
