About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Time Dental Team Lead to support daily operations and act as the onsite point person for our clinic. This role is ideal for an experienced dental professional who naturally takes initiative, communicates clearly, and helps keep the clinic running smoothly day to day.
This is not a clinical-only role and not a management-by-title position, it’s about ownership, organization, and leadership on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary onsite liaison between the clinic team and management
- Support daily clinic flow and ensure schedules, staffing, and operations run efficiently
- Oversee daily close procedures (collections verification, schedule review, notes for management)
- Track and support insurance submissions, follow-ups, and audit preparation onsite
- Ensure dentists and team members adhere to clinic systems and protocols
- Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members
- Identify operational issues early and escalate appropriately
- Maintain a calm, professional, solutions-focused presence within the team
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a dental clinic (admin, DA, or hybrid experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of dental scheduling, billing, and insurance workflows
- Natural leadership skills — respected by peers, not authoritarian
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Confident communicator who can handle issues professionally and discreetly
- Comfortable being accountable and working closely with management
