$40–$55/hr – Licensed HVAC Technician (Run Your Own Jobs)

Nuvo Mechanical is hiring a fully qualified HVAC Technician who can step in and run jobs independently.
This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates comfortable working independently and managing jobs from start to finish will be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install, service, and troubleshoot HVAC systems (residential & light commercial)
- Read drawings and complete installs without supervision
- Diagnose issues and manage jobs start to finish
- Ensure all work meets code and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid license: G2, 313D, 308A or 308R
- Proven ability to work independently on job sites
- Strong troubleshooting experience (service + install)
- Reliable, organized, and professional
What We Offer:
