We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Driver/Labourer to join our team!
Job Duties:
This role is responsible for the preparation and delivery of products onsite and to customer job sites, picking and loading orders quickly and correctly, delivering product to customer job sites in pristine condition, driving one-tonne trucks with either goose neck or tow behind trailers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to load and deliver products to customer sites in a safe, prompt, and courteous manner
- Required to assist with customer deliveries
- Structural and Miscellaneous laborer duties at the shop and onsite
- Maintain and secure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/work environment
- Must be able to lift and move heavy product, equipment and supplies on a daily basis
- Must be able to manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Must possess a clean driving abstract with a VALID class 5 driver’s license and provide a clear drivers abstract
- Required to have a strong attention to detail and an ability to interpret and process data efficiently and accurately
- Must be highly attentive to numbers, details and organization
- Must have the ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- Demonstrated success as a strong team player that takes pride in their work and always maintains a professional image
- The successful candidate will have good physical and mental fitness in order to perform well in a demanding, fast paced environment
Education and Experience
- Possess a High School education
- 5 years minimum towing/delivery experience
