Role Overview
We seek a creative, experienced social media and front desk coordinator. You’ll manage our Instagram, TikTok, and more—while also handling client interactions at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Grow social media accounts and create content (Reels, TikToks, photos).
- Plan and schedule content.
- Engage with followers and respond to messages.
- Greet clients, handle appointments, and process payments.
- Capture before-and-after photos and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Assist with daily clinic operations and help maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years in social media management and content creation.
- Proven experience with Instagram and TikTok for business.
- Strong photography and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Organized, proactive, and independent.
- Beauty or aesthetics industry experience is an asset.
Interview Process
- Portfolio review of social accounts, content, and campaigns.
- Present a short marketing plan.
- Create and edit a short video during the interview.
