Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media, Marketing & Beauty Bar Coordinator to join our team in an onsite role.
This position combines social media management, content creation, marketing support, client coordination, and front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, enjoys working with people, and has a strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Film, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content showcasing treatments, client results, behind-the-scenes moments, and promotions
- Assist with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when required
- Help grow brand awareness and online presence
- Assist with website updates, online listings, email marketing, and promotional materials
- Track social media and marketing performance metrics
Client Experience & Front Desk Support
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and client communications
- Support day-to-day front desk operations
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Assist with client appreciation events and promotional activities
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized client and marketing records
- Support management with operational and business development initiatives
- Assist with various administrative and marketing projects as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable filming and editing content using a smartphone and social media apps
Preferred
- Experience in beauty, wellness, medical aesthetics, hospitality, or customer service
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding
- Photography or videography experience is considered an asset
- Fluency in Persian is considered an asset

Job Details
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible (2–3 days per week, including occasional evenings or Saturdays)
Pay: $19.20 –$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: In Person – Bonito Beauty Bar, Toronto
