WorleyCord Teamco Ltd. , a subsidiary of WorleyCord Ltd., is seeking:
Journeyperson Insulators
To work at our Blackfalds Module Yard in Blackfalds, AB.
- SALARY: Up to $46.00 per hour
- OVERTIME: after 40 hours in a week
- TRAVEL: Local Position – no travel
- START DATE: August 4, 2026
- SCHEDULE: 4 days on, 3 days off with the potential for weekend work.
- HOURS PER DAY: 10 hours per day
- PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly Pay (Friday)
- SHIFT: Dayshift
- DURATION: Ongoing
- WORK SCOPE: Module Yard
Working Conditions:
Fulltime, Temporary

Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Journeyperson Insulating ticket from a recognized provincial training authority OR proof of hours
- Must have experience working at heights
- Must be willing to attend safety training (paid by WorleyCord): CSTS2020, WHMIS2015, ESC MEWP, ESC Fall Protection
- Must have demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Previous modular experience is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Apply, remove and repair thermal and acoustical insulation (e.g. calcium silicate, foam glass, mineral wool, Styrofoam, fiberglass) on all types of industrial equipment (e.g. heat exchangers, tanks, vessels, piping)
- Read diagrams and schematic drawings and service manuals to determine insulation requirements
- Measure, cut, fit, and install insulating material and coverings to the required shape and dimension
- Install vapor barriers and finish insulated surfaces by applying metal cladding, canvas, plastic sheeting or cement
- Previous industrial construction experience
