Shift Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Corporate Services & Financial Support Analyst to join our Corporate Services team in Fredericton, NB.
In this role, you'll support financial reporting, business analysis, vehicle sales controls, OEM programs, inventory management, and strategic corporate initiatives across our growing dealership network. As a key member of our Corporate Services team, you will:
Support the accurate entry and validation of vehicle sales transactions
Review deal documentation for accuracy and compliance
Perform financial, cost, and variance analysis
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, reconciliations, and audit support
Coordinate OEM co-operative advertising programs and reimbursement tracking
Provide backup support for treasury and cash management functions
Assist with parts inventory counts, reporting, and inventory controls
Support business acquisitions, process improvement initiatives, and corporate projects
Help develop and maintain corporate policies and procedures
Minimum two years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
CPA, CFA, or other professional designation (or working toward one) is an asset
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in automotive retail or multi-location organizations is considered an asset
Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
