Overview
We are seeking reliable and physically capable movers to join our team. This role involves assisting clients with their moving needs, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of belongings, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in household moving, possess strong communication skills and possess an exceptional work ethic. Responsibilities
- Your knowledge of proper techniques should include how to properly wrap, protect, maneuver and pack residential contents on a daily basis
- Assist customers with packing, unpacking, and organizing belongings during the move
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate moving activities
- The ability to safely and efficiently load and off-load a moving truck would be required for drivers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the job site
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure personal safety and that of colleagues and clients
Experience
- Prior experience in residential moving services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
