Mill Creek Painters Ltd. is a fast-growing residential and commercial painting company known for delivering high-quality, stress-free painting services. We are looking for experienced painters who can produce high-quality work with minimal supervision and contribute to a strong, efficient crew.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for individuals with hands-on painting experience, especially in commercial environments.
What You’ll Do
- Follow direction from the Lead Painter to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, cleaning, patching, masking)
- Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Work on both residential and commercial projects, including larger-scale jobs
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients
What We’re Looking For
- Previous painting experience required (commercial experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity throughout the day
- Reliable vehicle (projects may be up to 60 minutes outside of Grande Prairie)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
Key Skills & Experience
- Commercial painting (offices, warehouses, multi-unit, etc.)
- Residential painting (walls, ceilings, trim, cabinets)
- Drywall repair and surface preparation
- Caulking and finishing work
- Experience with spray equipment
- Ability to follow systems and produce consistent, high-quality results
