The Afternoon Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations during the afternoon shift, ensuring employees work safely, efficiently, and accurately to meet productivity and quality standards. + Essential Job Functions
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff during the afternoon shift
- Lead, coach, and support employees to meet productivity, quality, and safety expectations
- Monitor workflow and allocate resources to ensure operational efficiency
- Conduct employee training and provide ongoing performance feedback
- Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Complete shift reports and communicate operational updates to management
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as required
+ Education and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience required
- Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment is considered an asset

+ Working Conditions
- Full-time position: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Occasional overtime may be required based on operational needs

- Requires standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motions for extended periods

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
