Service Advisor / Parts Technician – Rapid Auto (Sylvan Lake, AB)
Rapid Auto is a growing, community-driven repair shop built on honesty, accountability, care, trustworthiness, reliability, and high-quality work. We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Parts Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and keeping shop operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and document vehicle concerns
- Build and present clear, transparent estimates
- Communicate recommendations using digital inspections
- Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
- Source and manage parts orders efficiently
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Requirements:
- Previous service advisor experience is required
- Experience with Mitchell 1 is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales confidence with a no-pressure, customer-first approach
- Automotive tickets/certifications are preferred
