Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and be familiar with warehouse management systems, forklift operation, and order picking processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in warehouse distribution, e-commerce logistics, and inventory control within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment
- Manage shipping & receiving tasks, ensuring proper documentation and labeling
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Use basic math skills to verify quantities and calculate weights or measurements during packing and loading processes
- Ensure the proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or order fulfillment
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment safely
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and packing tasks
- Experience with load & unload procedures using various equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
