Hansen Industries Ltd. ,located in Richmond, British Columbia, is currently recruiting for a Document Control Clerk Assistant to assist in our existing Document Control Clerk for CAD Dept.
Main Responsibilities:
- Release work order packages to the shop floor according to schedule
- Check that the part number, revision, material, and material thickness all match on work orders packages
- Attach PDF to items in the system
- Create Internal Work Orders (shortage, standard item, internal work, sample, forecast parts, or prototype)
- Create Kanban Work Orders
- Review Production insufficient parts report
- Identify Work Orders with ECR’s and process them
- Review Kanban agreements and update the System
- Review of Customer forecast
- Check stock of customer parts and ensure accuracy of stock
- General filing and other office duties
- Responsible for following Quality Procedures, Safety Procedures and Lean Procedures
- Back Up to Packaging
- Print Work Order under Quickview for qty reprogramming

- Strong attention to detail
