Business Systems Analyst (SAP S/4HANA, AI & Analytics)
Location: Markham, ON, onsite – 5 days
Pay: $80K - $95k
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to drive SAP S/4HANA initiatives, AI adoption, and enterprise reporting transformation. This role will bridge Finance and IT, helping modernize processes, automate workflows, and deliver actionable business insights through data and technology.
What you will be doing?
- Lead Finance-related S/4HANA implementation and enhancement initiatives
- Define reporting requirements, data structures, and finance process standards
- Coordinate UAT, user adoption, and post-go-live improvements
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across finance operations
- Develop dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI, Fabric, Copilot, and related tools
- Automate reporting for inventory, AR/AP, cost management, and operational performance
- Design scalable reporting solutions integrating SAP and enterprise systems
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across business units
- Improve controls, streamline workflows, and enhance audit readiness through technology-enabled solutions
Must haves:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with SAP, preferably S/4HANA
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, or similar analytics tools
- Strong data modeling, reporting, automation, and process improvement skills
- Background in finance systems, ERP implementations, or business transformation projects
Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year
