Vicenberg Cold Storage is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and organized Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and can work independently in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track freezer inventory with accuracy
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing equipment
- Clean, prepare, and recondition freezers for deployment
- Remove decals and perform basic equipment refurbishment as required
- Maintain inventory records using spreadsheets and inventory tracking systems
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits
- Coordinate freezer repairs and equipment maintenance
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
✔ Valid Forklift License (required)✔ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills✔ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks✔ Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management✔ Ability to lift and move equipment when required✔ Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is considered an asset
