About the Role:
Kubex is on a mission to enable AI driven, autonomous management of Cloud Infrastructure Resources, from Kubernetes, to IaaS, to GPUs.
We’re looking for a hands-on Kubernetes technical contributor that best leverages Kubex’s technical capabilities to address the evolving needs of enterprise clients, sales, customer success, and product strategy. The ideal candidate has deep domain expertise in Kubernetes & Cloud infrastructure, and exposure to AI, DevOps, FinOps and Automation. This hybrid role blends the strategic influence of a Kubernetes Solutions Architect and Technical Evangelist. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to drive technical adoption, shape product direction, and deliver real-world solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Senior Solutions Architect
- Serve as a trusted hands-on senior Kubernetes technical resource to strategic customers and partners.
- Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams based on field insights.
- Collaborate with sales, business development, and account management to understand customer and partner needs and deliver integrated, automated and scalable Kubex solution outcomes.
- Support technical evaluations, architecture reviews, and detailed customer workshops.
- Engage with customers in live settings and clearly map Kubex solution capabilities against technical Kubernetes customer requirements
- Deliver engaging demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations.
Technical Evangelist
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for customers and partners.
- Lead the company’s technical voice in communities such as Kubernetes User Groups.
- Contribute to technical content including blogs, solution briefs, and webinars.
- Present at regional user forums and sponsored events
Act as a technical voice in go-to-market strategy and product positioning.

Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven, deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and cloud IaaS platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Must be proficient in Kubernetes architecture and resource management constructs used in large scale Kubernetes deployments including HPA, VPA, quotas, admission controllers & helm charts
- 5+ years and currently in a highly technical hands-on role
- Strong experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer)
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation.
- Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- A builder’s mindset—comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
- Background in developer advocacy or community engagement.
- High degree of familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations.
- Must be willing to travel 30-50%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within Observability, DevOps, Automation, or an AI solutions company.
- Kubernetes deployment and administration Certifications
- Certifications from major cloud providers (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
- Prior experience as a distinguished senior pre-sales specialist or solution architect
