G-Force Security is looking for a reliable and proactive Emergency Alarm Responder to join our team in Pembroke, Ontario. In this role, you will respond to emergency alarm calls, inspect client properties, investigate security concerns, and help maintain a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, and capable of making sound decisions while providing prompt and professional emergency response services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to emergency alarm activations.
- Investigate alarm calls and assess the situation.
- Secure the site and take appropriate action.
- Coordinate with emergency services when required.
- Report safety hazards and security concerns.
- Complete accurate incident reports and activity logs.
- Follow company safety and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain a professional and calm presence at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required).
- Valid Full G Driver's License with a clean driving record (required).
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Standard First Aid & CPR certification is an asset.
- Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in emergencies.
- Previous security or emergency response experience is an asset.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
