Position Overview: As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Organize and store products in the warehouse
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform regular inventory checks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift certification is a plus
