Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for carpentry, siding installation, framing, and other construction tasks
- Execute woodwork projects including framing, cabinetry, and custom woodworking as needed
- Engage in heavy lifting of materials and equipment to support project requirements
- Follow safety protocols consistently to maintain a safe work environment
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics
- Experience with concrete forming
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and woodworking machinery
- Knowledge of siding installation and carpentry practices
- Strong understanding of construction processes including framing and structural repairs
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or working at heights as required
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety compliance and quality standards
